PROGRAM I

Strategic Leadership for an Innovative Culture

is a program for a company’s senior leaders that can be conducted virtually or in-person.

Program includes:

Kick-off Meeting

A two-hour Kick-off Meeting.

Pillar Team Sessions

Team meetings for each of the four pillars that are conducted through three or four 90-minute sessions, delivered either on the same day or over a schedule that best fits the client's needs.

Leadership Development

CBC leadership behaviors and practices, senior leaders learn and begin applying strategies to engage, empower, and motivate employees.

Organizational Purpose Development

Organizarional purpose development comprises the values , vision , mission and goals

The cumulative effect of the Strategic Leadership Program is the creation of an Organizational Transformation Plan that will drive the entire enterprise on its Journey to Performance Excellence, supported by the Organizational Leadership System (OLS) of human resource and communication processes and policies for establishing and sustaining the culture.

  • The consultant facilitates the Strategic Leadership program.

PROGRAM II

Operational Leadership for an Innovative Culture

is for leaders at the operational level with subordinates. This program is like the Strategic
Leadership program in delivery and content, but focuses on:

Instilling the organizational purpose rather than developing it.

CBC Leadership Practices

Modeling Character-based Capitalism behaviors and practices to engage, empower, and motivate employees.

Organizational Leadership System

Implementing the Organizational Leadership System human resource and communication processes and policies in their area(s) of responsibility.

  • The company’s senior leaders facilitate or coach this program for their subordinates with the consultant guiding the process.

PROGRAM III

Grassroots Leadership for an Innovative Culture

is for front-line employees. It is an entirely online self-study program with short modules for each pillar. Focus is on:

Character-Based Capitalism

Instilling the organizational purpose rather

Leadership Competency

Developing competence as a front-line leader.

Vision & Mission Alignment

Understanding the organization’s vision and mission as well as what they can do to help achieve each of these purpose elements.

  • The employee’s immediate supervisor coaches the employee. Senior leaders manage the supervisors, while the consultant monitors the process.

COACHING INDIVIDUAL LEADERS

The Leadership for an Innovative Culture program is available for consultants or leadership coaches who develop individual leaders. It is designed for developing leaders who have subordinates. The focus is the same as for the Operational Leadership Program

  • If the client is a CEO, the Strategic Leadership for an Innovative Culture Program should be implemented with the entire senior leadership team participating.

    The client prepares for meetings with the coach using the online learning platform. The program includes workbooks for an orientation session and for each of the four pillars of Character-based Capitalism.
